FS Empirerich has entered into a five-year lease agreement for rehabilitation of approximately 140 acres of oil palm plantation. Maturity of these trees will be between 7-8 years old with total average FFB yield of about 900 MT per year. To date, cost of rehabilitation amounted to more than RM 750,000. We expect positive net earnings of around RM 700,000 in five years.
