FS Empirerich Sdn Bhd is a 100% Malaysian Bumiputera company that was formally incorporated on 22 August 2017 under the Companies Act, 2016. The company is focusing in transportation and agricultural business related. The company’s main business activity is trading in Fresh Fruits Bunches (FFB) and managing/operating of Oil Palm Plantation (OPP). In 2019, FS has obtained a license from Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) that allows the company to buy and sell FFB to FGV or any other government related companies. The license is valid for five (5) years effective from December 2019.
